Brief history
- Putanginamo.com launched late 1999 as a joke free email site where you could get you@putanginamo.com.
- The original plan was to register Putangina.com but that was taken by some cybersquatter.
- Dear Chica started early 2000 as an advice column where people could ask questions and Chica would answer them.
- In 2001 the site was basically a blog filled with random crap.
- 2002 to 2003 were the experimental years. The site became sort of a Pinoy “Hot or Not” with even more nonsense.
- 2004 to part of 2005 there was nothing much going on. The site was on vacation.
- In Sept 2005, The Putanginamo!com Talk show was born.
- 2006 saw a chatroom, videos, blogging, and other experiments.
